I need this info as i dont have bank statements or loan agreements (badly organised house move last yr) and i need to work out my figures before attempting to talk to HMRC about my tax affairs.
If anyone has a contact number or email address for a trust which is now managing Kiriums liaibiities and records.. please let me know by PM or directly responding on this post.
Thanks

So what can we do
Hi,
What is the solution to the problems of the letter for the deadline for January. I am getting really stressed about this and whether I will have to pay this money. I am currently a LTD company so can the HMRC demand that I pay from my LTD company account. Also is there a way round this, what is the approach, tactic being utilised to fight the HMRC.
