Former Sanzar Clueless as what to do?

Hi Penguin. I was with Sanzar in 08/09 and have sent off my appeal letter. Happy to get together to discuss this specific scheme and approach going forward.

Hi I was with Sanzar for this period too, and recieved the dreaded letter on friday. Im not sure what to do, but reading through the threads people are appealing, would be grateful for any more info, i will attempt this week to get any free advice as possible, but i sure will be appointing a tax specialist if i dont get anywhere with Sanzar or Garraway. I would like to join a groupof ex sanzar employees and help pool the costs.

anyone else having trouble finding more details on the appeal from Horizon? I can get through to Julia as mentioned on here already who has been helpful, but cannot hold of Richard Scully. I have been informed that an appeal has been sent on my behalf, but cannot get confirmation of the actual appeal that was sent - or how it was sent. My deadline is coming up and i don't want to appeal separately but may have to if I cannot get confirmation that one has been lodged specifically for me, rather than the whole mass they are dealing with...

I have received all details I was looking for since my original post. Given the workload they probably had I understand the last minute confirmation and generic contact rather than an individual response to my email. I am happy with their actions to date

same sanzar / 08/9 problem. after looking at threads, i mailed cobham murphy but the mail bounced. When called there office they asked me to mail [email protected](dont remember the mail id) but dont know why they gave me the @contract domain to mail.

Hi - I'm new to all this and am another contractor who has received these HMRC letters. Was about to engage with a Tax advisor and will consider my options. Sorry - what's the "PM access".. and should I be asking for it?
