    Another victim

Hi - I joined Sunday Solutions back in Sept 07 when I was signed up into the O'Brien Lynn partnership. I have a total sum of just over £10k held in account by Bradbury & Co. All forms have contact have failed to date - phone calls, e-mails, recorded letters to Bath and Folkestone and a letter direct to Mr Nyiri at his home address.
Gutted - I would be happy to come on board and share costs if your solicitor is happy to take on the case on behalf multiple contractors.

      It's The partnership dears!!!!!

      Dear all
It's who has access to the partnership bank accounts.
Bradbury are taking all the flak because they have the job of telling us how much the mess costs us.

But there are others who have been sitting with all of the partners money and they are not under any scrutiny. Bradbury have helped to keep our attention away from the real activity which is possibly millions of pounds going through bank accounts outside of the control of the owners i. e the partners. I have a feeling that not one of the real partners as opposed to stooges of the promoters is a signatory on any account. ARE they ( the stooges)accountable?

The so called partnership administrators are hiding they are unnamed and don't speak to us. Do you see a pattern? No- well - Now Bradbury are hiding too; so I have to ask why are these people who have earned so much from the partnerships so unwilling to talk to us?

It was or is our money . we get no interest on it. (Thinks how much would I get on £10000 deposited for a year?)
As far as I see there are lots of us without 2007-08 tax being paid.
      Where is it?
      Where did it go?
WE should have redress under the partnership agreement and law if our money has gone missing not been in the accounts all of the time or been used for other people's purposes not to our benefit.
HAS Any one yet seen their retention money being released?
      yours messed about

        TSSP partnerships

All the TSSP partnerships had indivdiudal numbers for them. This was probably before they became so inventive with the partnership names.

Mine was 132, and then I was moved to Dunlop Mieroszewski.

I have the supposedly partner names for both.

So far I have paid some money off to the HRMC to keep them off my back, I've also instructed them to remove Bradbruy & Co as my representatives off their system. I was part of the TSSP LLP partnership and I parted with Bradbury in Nov 2007, but they completed my tax return 07/08 so I was still in contact with them.

What else have people been doing? just tried the Money claim route but its asking for organisation name, that should be Bradbury right and not the partnership name?

          Trading Standards

I have already tried Trading Standards and they were not interested.

In the meantime what are members doing regards the Bradbury website where they want us to approve the account?
Also they have a paragraph in the last letter claiming they are dealing with an investigation by HMRC relating to employment status of some partnership members. Is this a ploy to get us to approve quickly or does anyone have more knowledge of this?

Next speak to your banks and ask them to confirm from 'which Bank Account' your payment(s) for your invoices were being paid from (Could it be the Barclays, Stoke Gifford bank, cited in the ficticious SB and OBF LLP agreements). You have to be registered as belonging to an 'LLP'. If your registered as only self employed (and not belonging to any LLP), then you've ALL been duped.
I just spoke with the HMRC and they have confirmed that I have not been registered as a member of an LLP

We weren't registered as members of an LLP because our partnerships weren't LLPs, they were general partnerships. This is perfectly legitimate and having just a Self Employed status in this case is fine. Sorry schnizzle but you got that bit wrong.

                Suprise from the Postie.

Today I received my accounts from Bradbury.
They make very little sense as yet.
The charges seem to be way more than the forecast, no suprise there then.
I thing I did notice was their keeness to point out that they do not hold the partnership monies.
They also seem keen to get you to approve the accounts within 14 days to "avoid any further investigation by HMRC" alleging that we have not been in "proper" partnerships. Without the benefit of legal advice, my own personal view is that they just want to retain as much of your money as possible and hope that you will just give in and approve your accounts without challenging them.

They also make no mention of your tax liability, preferring to present the accounts in a way that shows you as being eligible for some "previously undistibuted partnership funds".

I cant help thinking that we are having the wool pulled well and truly over our eyes.

I'm no expert in any of this, I'm doing my best to learn as I go with this so please correct me if I'm wrong, does that mean that we were directors in a company?

We weren't directors of a company. We were partners in a general partnership, and as such Bradbury should have registered you to HMRC as self-employed. Partnership income is taxed as self-employed income, through the self-assessment tax return program.

                      WillowMeade back in business??

                      Hey guys,

I just got this emailed to me today. What do you guys read into this? Was Willow Meade contracted by Sunday/Bradbury, or was it owned by the same people?

                      Cheers
                      Daniel
