I note the posts (#287/291) from eek above. I confess I was unaware of that fact but thank the mods for their diligence and action.
WTT has a substantial group of clients who are involved in this. Early joining members of the group have not had SDs. For a small number who have had SD’s and which we challenged, they have been withdrawn.
We have sought and received appropriate advice from UK and IOM specialist sources, funded by the group we have. Backed up and supported by our own legal team, we remain confident that we have a very strong position.
Nonetheless, in an effort to resolve matters as quickly and efficiently as possible, we are about to begin discussions with relevant parties.
It may become necessary to close this group to new members at the end of those discussions, if some form of agreement is reached. We have no fixed date in view at this time but we hope it will be before Christmas.Best Forum Adviser & Forum Personality of the Year 2018.

All a bit suspect
After highlighting earlier that a leaked email from ETC went out to many of us that got caught up this shLt, someone responses from this email pushing Elysium's offer has ended and you better act quickly to join.
TBH this is just one massive Scam and people are simply playing on worried individuals.
I for one just don't know who to believe anymore.Comment

Were I actually involved I would be either using a legal firm I had chosen myself or WTT*

We've discussed this plenty of times before in a 174 page thread that Felicitas seem to have taken a dislike to. See https://www.contractoruk.com/forums/...mands-174.htmlmerely at clientco for the entertainmentComment
