Today I have received from ECS International Trustees an Assignor notice which has on the back of it a Notice of Acquisition of Lender's Rights from Felicitas - both parts of this are dated 5th Feb 2020. It makes no demand for payment but did indeed spook me (it has now and then crossed my mind that the "loans " might end up being sold on and as I did not take up any previous offers of settlement it might not be over with yet.. big sigh). So I hurried to this forum and to my dismay my worries are being realised - did anyone else receive this notice prior to receiving any demands for payment? (Forgive me if this is posted elsewhere - I haven't looked - and don't just now have the time).

This was all bundled in the same envelope for me, dated 29th Jan 2020

Big Group - interested in joining

      Hi All,

It has been very helpful to follow this thread and all of your insights and opinions.

I also noticed that someone mentioned that they want to create a separate group for a small joining fee. Could you please point me in the right direction where I can register into this group? Many thanks in advance!

I have received the very same letter today from Felicitas Solutions claiming to be the Assignee of my "debt". I have been unable to locate a telephone number for the suspicious address in the IOM but rang the Malta office but alas no reply. I have fired an email off to them asking them what exactly they are claiming and what their intentions are for this alleged debt.

Is this recall serious.. or has this been invented by someone.

It seems an absolute bloody joke including more importantly the timing. There is something sinister going on.

OK,...did they pack my envelope wrong and meant to have included a demand...? Who knows but it wouldn't surprise me. In any event I ask would they have to prove they have made a demand and that I have received it and then ignored it before proceeding to any further stage? My last dealings with IQ was end 2014 if I get to the end of the year would not statute barred debt rules apply.. I'm rambling I stop now.

              Trust money

If our invoiced money went into a Trust to be held for us and then we received money as loans, then how to we get the money from the trust that was being held for us. We can then pay down the loan.

Who said it was being held for you? Do you know what you signed and what the fine print says? I certainly don't. The fact is we signed it.

The likelihood of them coming after loans is extremely slim as beyond initially proving their reputations as lenders, they have to also prove that the money was a loan in the first place.

HMRC, you, the agencies you worked through, the client you worked for and the banks that processed these payments across the financial timeline would have a lot to say about that.

I think you'll find the money was never yours.

The contract with the agency/end-client would have been held by a company which was part of the scheme. You may have been an employee of that company, providing services to the end-client, but your only contractual entitlement was a small salary. The money belonged to the company and it transferred this into a trust which then loaned it to you.
Scoots still says that Apr 2020 didn't mark the start of a new stock bull market.

I have received the above letter with no demand. How the letter is full of ifs, buts and maybes. The letter contains very basic information and contains 'we could' type threats. Not all of the documents are signed. It has been written in the same context as the Trust Helpline letters.
