    No hope.

Webberg's narrative across many posts appears to be, in summary, that any recipient of a loan from these schemes should abandon all hope and accept the situation i.e. accept that any loans are fully legal, legitimate, regulated loans without any holes in their construction, selling, documentation, provision or management and there's no hope that you will NOT have to repay them at some point. I may be wrong, but that's how it reads.

In which case there is a criminal case that needs to be opened to investigate the theft of workers hard-earned money. This post is not helpful for the many very worried people here.

Thanks for the advice webberg but paid good money to check this out, not that easy but there are ways.

One other thing which the Financial Services Ombudsman of IOM informed me is that the company in my case Sanzar and Garraway has to be FCA approved specifically for giving loans. If they weren’t then it becomes quite difficult to recoup those so called loans. Did anyone actually go through the loan agreement with us, discuss payment terms for paying back the debt, how about the interest, just perhaps they were miss-sold!

As I’m sure others here were using alternative but similar schemes this is something else to check.

Appreciate this forum, at least we can all share.

Yeah, it comes across like that and if I was reading all of this as one of 'scammers' I'd be quite happy with what is being concluded on here. I might even do a bit of baiting here to.

Did FSO say that they weren't FCA approved? Ought about Darwin?

Maybe the people who've paid him get a more upbeat message.

              Sorry, I couldn't resist that.
Scoots still says that Apr 2020 didn't mark the start of a new stock bull market.

Apparently not, I signed up and aside from 2 emails that ECS Tax could have sent for free I have got nothing at all from them. Everything else I get from this forum and it is slowing coming across from webburg that the borrower is a lost cause and the lender has all the power - sounds like "you lot signed something so tough luck". I do hope I am incorrect in this assessment and I understand this is in early stages but a bit more info wouldent go amiss.

Especially since "Big Group" seem to be getting webinars and we have to get info from a public forum.

I'd agree. Webberg has provided a fair amount of free consultancy to Felicitas and Gladstones through this open forum.

                    So what has changed

OK so Felicitas have now send individual emails basically the same as Gladstones but now directly inviting you to login to there portal, not going to happen for all the seasons previously stated in this forum.

The fact the email contained underhanded scammer tactics, sure does not boded well to there character and there nature of their portal. A court would have to conclude on that matter and take a view in relation if they seems to enacting in a up standing manner!. In my personal opinion there is no legitimate excuse for this conduct. But that my opinion only being expressed.

The basic facts though do remain as outlined by your advisors, the burden of proof still remains for Gladstones/Felicitas. As the responses sent to Gladstones made individually requested to them to provide this proof. I for one have not received and communicate/response in a written format answering the questions posed, let alone the evidence. Given that nature of there conduct as highlighted above and such evidence could be questioned as it would not be beyond the realms of possibility the documents allegedly wet signed may not truly reflect the document as stood at the time.

If this so called evidence chain can be substantiated this information has defiantly come from THL. Another operator with popup portals in addition to Previse Limited , CHS Limited as supposed agents/associates of IQ Contracts. Now why does a company good repute and up standing, transparent conduct operate in such a manner, hiding behind alleged shell companies in order to provide separation and distance between the promotors and trustees pocketing the money. Well we all could draw our on conclusion here.

For those who and engaged with and advisor and who have received email directly from FELICITAS get in touch as the a response will be required and previously being advised not to directly engage with FELICITAS. https://www.contractoruk.com/forums/...s/handbags.gif

Yes, it seems we are all waiting for their responses, which they must provide us individually via Gladstone’s. Shouldn’t the Felicitas direct approach not be directed to Gladstone’s as their nominated agents. After all they appointed them and should therefore should be the conduit at this time.
