I think his name is maybe being used in vain, but I’m not sure.
His focus is in defending his rep on Twitter atm by the look of it.

When Phil first turned up I gave him a great deal of abuse - anyone ex-HMRC is very dubious by default in my book.
I don't have a loan - I am DTA. Phil has taken HMRC off my back - there is a picture on his twitter feed of both of us together at one of our many visits to a skate park alongside a Telegraph article about me from last year.
Phiil has helped out many others - many in DTA would be really stuffed without him. He has already helped 100s of LCAG people and will help out thousands in the coming years.
LCAG would not have got where they are without Phil. There would be no APPG enquiry.
I would give him the highest personal and professional references.
Are you discussing this within LCAG? It would be far better to do this on a private forum. HMRC are watching. At the moment Phil is the biggest thorn in their side - he has personally given them a major headache. HMRC would just love Phil to be given a public kicking - it will boost them no end.
All this is just my opinion. You are quite entitled to your opinion. I am not in LCAG any more - I don't have a loan though I know many who have.
For the avoidance of doubt, no posts considered to be promoting Insella will be permitted on CUK.

So, in a nut shell… the loan scheme worked once, and law was changed, now it does not. However using another scheme, which ‘robs’ HMRC of their ‘£5billion’ they were expecting, is the way to go?
Just sounds like another scheme that in 5 years time will be pooh poohed, and you’ll have double the pain for trying to be a clever dick, again.
