Webberg has built his business off the back of our misery. Sowing seeds of confusion all the while. Now he’s advocating a strategy to help maintain his revenue stream from Big Group. He calls it an “Analysis” but what it really it is a con. It is highly likely that by following their “Analysis” you will be significantly worse off, all the while he collects his sweet sweet fees.

I agree. Do not trust them and their snake oil…
    Oh dear.

I will respect your rights to say that our strategy is not a guaranteed win. That's a matter of opinion and we will more than willingly share our view with any who call us.

I do not however think that you have the right, without evidence, to suggest that:
    • Our strategy is nothing more than a ruse to keep fees rolling
    • Our strategy is a "con"
    • Our strategy will make you "significantly worse off"

I think you need to produce evidence of the above if your view is to have any validity.

In the meantime I'll continue to collect my £15 a month from those who are not in denial and who wish to make positive steps to resolve their tax position.

Perhaps, rather than trolling those who are willing to pitch in and help, even if it is paid help, you would like to suggest what those caught in this situation should do?

Perhaps trying making a positive suggestion rather than being negative?

Trolling? That's rich coming from you.

You've built your business off the back of promoters. Who's running the scheme now ey? It's clear an increasing number of people agree with me given the fact more and more are speaking out. An hour or two looking through the conflicting opinions on this forum will be more than enough for people to make their own mind up. You enjoy your £15, and your APN money, and your letter writing money, and your settlement money, whilst some of us lose everything. Ambulance chasers like you are the absolute worst.

So no positive suggestions about what people should do then.

We are not connected to promoters, never have been and we are not running any schemes.

I've looked at your posting history and you have singled out BG for attack consistently which suggests troll-like behaviour. Your ranting denies others a chance to make informed decisions.

I'm sorry that you are going to lose everything, but your anger is misdirected. You should be ranting at the scheme promoters and those who have promoted and now work the other side. S****s is an example of the latter.

Be very clear, I, and others have performed a lot of due diligence on Webberg and Phil because we are pushing impacted staff at them. Phil is who he says he is and Webberg is well respected within the industry. We even think we know who ILikeTax is.

As a client of WTT and soon to be client of Phil it is fair to say that they sometimes have conflicting views and so are definitely different advisors using their best judgement. This is after all, in some cases, a matter of judgement. If there was dead certainty (black and white) I’m not sure there would even be this thread or all these questions.
All advisors on here are posting advice for free.. but ultimately there has to come a point when the questions become case specific and at that point you will have to pay for further advice. Who you choose is of course based on a sales pitch of who’s judgement you believe or more likely who’s judgement you WANT to believe. Trouble is, if their judgement turns out to be wrong, you don’t get your money back... which is a difficult pill to swallow as we are generally all here as we face monster tax bills and the last thing we want to be doing is throwing good money after bad.
Use this thread as indication but speak to a number of advisors before making a decision. Nothing is for free and only two things are certain in life...

Feel free to go and get your own paid, legal advice on your circumstances. The price of a years subscription to BG might get you an hours chat with a tax law specialist, if you are lucky.

                I will repeat myself.

If you don't like tax advisors, don't use them.

                Use this thread instead.

If that Junta decides to bankrupt me next year, it is going to cost them. Further I would encourage ALL to tweet Theresa May and inform her that if she goes ahead with her criminal actions then you will be rocking up to claim homelessness in her constituency and you will be pitching your tent on her lawn!

With the additional plans to attack contractors next year, this country stands to lose billions in lost contracts and work moving overseas. Large project will not be sustainable for companies that will have to hire and fire staff, unless the current Junta decide to do away with redundancy payments.

If people do not recognise a personal attack and stand up for themselves, then they can only count themselves as partially to blame for the resultant situation.

Also do not trust Big Group or any of their offshoots, they are just greedy lawyers, looking to cash in on your personal misfortune and resultant neurosis.

Make an appointment to see your MP - most have no idea about the nuclear bomb that’s going to go off in their constituency and in the public sector - will be very Uncomfortable when their constituents start going bankrupt due to a 20 year retrotax - even Iran doesn’t allow retro law - that’s how bad the UK has got.

I've been corresponding with my mp regularly , written to scrutiny at parliament, been very active on twitter. Written to a journalist etc... Seems MPs just tow the party line. I remember section 58 and all the fight to just be ignored .
