Membership fees do help. However BG and the "other group" also require paperwork. Its not infallible. And, if HMRC really want to know, they can get GCHQ on the case.Originally posted by cojak View PostComment

I'm not denying the use of BG for existing EBT/Loan issues BP - there are deliverables that members pay for after all .
It's the speculative nature of IR35 that I'm wondering about.
Forum Providers will want something in return for the work they'd put into a private forum. There's nothing they can provide at the moment so what they'll want is potential future customers.
And who and how are you going to vet posters? Only Ltd company owners?
