Unfortunately my friend not much.
1, You may be able to make representations at getting the APN withdrawn on certain grounds, best to speak with big group or a tax specialist, but primarily on grounds such as incorrect figures, time limits (although very hard to prove)
2, Pay it if you can afford it
3, agree a payment plan with HMRC as soon as possible
4, don't pay and await to consequences, which will be penalties and possibly debt collectors.
