I need to discuss a few things with the administrators to ensure that I abide by the rules as well.

I've collated the feedback on the original paper into a short Q&A note and this is available as part of the below.

The key issues that were mentioned several times were;

1. Pace - we need it quickly
2. Clear and transparent strategy
3. Affordable
4. Private

The first of these points has led to a major alteration in structure. It was originally intended that the highly successful NTRT group structure would be replicated. Examination of that group shows that its success is largely due to the unpaid efforts of Mr Donkey Rhubarb and the amount of time he has dedicated to the effort. He has no equivalent amongst the diverse provider schemes that BIG GROUP is looking to represent. Finding such a person or more likely a group of willing volunteers would take an unknown length of time.

As a consequence of the above and in an effort to gain expedited momentum BIG GROUP will now be a service offered by me and my company.

This allows set up to go ahead quickly (tomorrow).

This means that the fees can come to my company along with the obligation to fund the technical and legal team that might be required, including those experts in areas like insolvency and other areas outside our specialism but which should be part of the offering.

The strategy remains the same - identify and deliver a negotiated settlement.

I've put some detail into the paper but will share the deeper analysis only with the confidential forum to prevent leakage of IP. Signed up members will gain access to this forum following an initial verification process.

One consequence of changing from a membership to a service, is VAT.

A membership fee is usually not VATable. Payment for a service is. I'm investigating further but for now I think I have to add VAT.

Therefore the £50 joining fee (from now until 31/12/15) becomes £50 plus VAT of £10. And the monthly fee becomes £15 plus VAT = £18.

I've been asked whether contractors who participated the White Collar iterations that were not DOTAS registered are included in BIG GROUP for the fees laid out.

YES.

Although there is no DOTAS SRN it is included as it is in that part of the time spectrum we are covering.

One question,

Does this mean BIG GROUP isn't planning on representing scheme users with open investigations for following years?
