Make sure you reply to HMRC, but get advice before you do so. It may be that their request for information is taking the p155, or it may be entirely reasonable. Ask a professional.
Personally, I wish HMRC would try and target the schemes that are still running instead of playing catch up. Given the change to Dotas rules which will get rid of Grandfathering their can't be many of these schemes that really are non-Dotas now.

PBTs are in their sights now be warned.
What I meant is the P11D for that year did now actually state that there was a loan, it showed before and after the year that loan was same. It stated a Benefit in Kind which I put on my self assessment. So I have filled out the self-assessment to the best of my knowledge with guidance from provider. I have not tried to hide anything.

HMRC are now requesting more information for the year 2011/12, before the 4 year cut off. I am currently filling application for Big Group, to see how I should respond.

Be warned - dont worry I know the score. I know there will be a demand for money coming, just want to delay it as long as possible and it to be a fair or even better zero (agree that wont happen)

          Judicial REview

          Dear Fellow Sanzarians,

Sanzar group users are considering applying for Judicial review and are in discussion with Pinsent Mason Law firm.

If you still haven't joined the the private forum, please PM Old Kent Road in this forum.

As this is a time critical step, you need to consider this quickly.

You now have PM access so can send OKR a message. He should get in touch with you to let you know what they are all up to.

                    Help

                    Hi,

I am new to this group.

I was member of IQ from 2011 till 2014.

What should I do next to join this group.

Any help and suggestion is greatly appreciated.

                    Thanks.

                      APN Recieved

I am now in the position of having received the APN, and now getting phone calls and letters from HMRC demanding the 'tax' from 2009-10 & 2010-11.

I have seen so many 'tax consultants' saying that they can help and frequent links to same, however, given that this is the internet, I have no idea who I can believe or who I can trust.

Should I contact HMRC and accept whatever they demand?
