About twenty years ago, I worked with a chap who'd spent much of his youth in a certain children's home in Leicester. He had things to say about Frank Beck, who had already died in prison by then.
He also had things to say about somebody else, but he didn't dare say much. The police had made it clear to him that he should keep his trap shut about certain things.
