Smoothie 0.5g, Donuts 12g per donut.

I have a bottle of Canadian whiskey at home, complete with mandatory nutrition label. That has 0.0g fat. So clearly those wanting a low fat diet should subsist on innocent smoothies and Canadian whiskey.
My subconscious is annoying. It's got a mind of its own.

Sugar is actually relative low in calories though.

Not relative to salt, it isn't. If your sole objective is a low calorie diet, just eat salt.

Relative to things which are highest in calories, sugar is quite low. I mentioned it because it seems counter-intuitive to many. Clearly, well-educated folk like CUKkers wouldn't be caught out by that; they are paragons of fitness.

Although relative to things that are lowest in calories, sugar is quite high.

But of course, it's not just about the calories. The risk of diabetes mellitus in a high sugar diet must be remembered.

                    Not in spelling, it isn't.

Interestingly www.thedrinkshop.com uses the 'e' spelling but you appear to be correct. I haven't checked if they're compliant in other matters.
