What about these now TV boxes? Are they any good? £35 with 5 sky day passes is quite tempting.

While you're waiting, read the free novel we sent you. It's a Spanish story about a guy named 'Manual.' -
I looked at that but £9.99 for a day pass for Sky Sports wouldn't work for me. I'd end up paying about £30 a week. I went for SkyGo (online only). It's £40 a month for the main channels and all the sport and movie channels and you get access to the catch-up and box-set stuff. And it has no contract.Originally posted by doodab View PostWhat about these now TV boxes? Are they any good? £35 with 5 sky day passes is quite tempting.Comment

Can you get sky go without a box now? When I was a subscriber you had to have sky proper to use it.Originally posted by Bunk View PostI looked at that but £9.99 for a day pass for Sky Sports wouldn't work for me. Yep, you get it free with a proper subscription but you can get it without too. I seem to remember it being quite hard to find on the Sky website but it's definitely there.Originally posted by doodab View PostCan you get sky go without a box now? What are you complaining about then?Originally posted by eek View PostYep but to get F1 now I have to spend £260 a year for Sky Sports which I would never watch...
Fortunately I still get the F1 channel with the £35pm HD subscription. Will work inside IR35. Or for food.Comment

I reckon I might put next years Monaco grand prix on the bucket list. Or Monza. Or Spa might be easier to get to and I could do that this year maybe.
Actually just googled it. Spa is very doable indeed. I ain't camping though....Last edited by doodab; 25 May 2014, 13:51.While you're waiting, read the free novel we sent you. It's a Spanish story about a guy named 'Manual.'Comment

The most exciting bit of the "race" was when Lewis got a fly in his eye. But he removed it without incident.
I'm glad I no longer pay Sky for "races" like that.Comment

I think £10 is a rip-off but you can often find people selling batches of the things on eBay as they are frequently given away in promotions like at Shell garages. I stock up every now and then.
I reckon the Mercedes animosity might fizzle out, they're both a bit polished and media trained compared to drivers in the old days.
Next time out in Canada we get the exact opposite IIRC, overtaking everywhere, lots of pit stops, so that might be fun.
Nice to see Marussia scoring points; I'm increasing starting to wonder why the back two teams even bother - 3/4 years on and they're still always at the back, always a second behind the next cars in qualifying, etc. Maybe this marks a turning point but I'm not betting on it.Originally posted by MaryPoppinsI'd still not breastfeed a naziOriginally posted by vetranUrine is quite nourishingComment
