In all seriousness though, I wasn't looking for sympathy (though it is appreciated) and I don't feel a particular need to do something for charidee (I am pretty short with chuggers and door to door nuisance callers). It's more a feeling that precious days are flying by without me really doing very much. I am implementing the seinfeld method or JFDI methodology on various things though so this is becoming less of a problem.

While you're waiting, read the free novel we sent you. It's a Spanish story about a guy named 'Manual.' -
You could set up a JG page and just leave it be, it's not like he set out to raise £3m!Originally posted by MaryPoppinsI'd still not breastfeed a naziOriginally posted by vetranUrine is quite nourishingComment

I was thinking of a blog but I'm not really the self publicising type tbh. Maybe a bike ride, I've toyed with the idea of doing the length of the Rhine over the years.Originally posted by d000hg View PostYou could set up a JG page and just leave it be, it's not like he set out to raise £3m!
I am more into learning maths and physics stuff and playing with my music machines really, it's getting going and being productive that's the challenge. Gotta make the best of my time. While you're waiting, read the free novel we sent you. It's a Spanish story about a guy named 'Manual.'Comment

Not sure if this is a morbid question, but is writing a diary for your kid[s] to read when they're older something you'd consider?Originally posted by doodab View PostI was thinking of a blog but I'm not really the self publicising type tbh. RIP that guy.
It's not how many days that you live but what you do with those days.
God rest his soul and bless him in the next life.Comment

You don't have to be dying to feel inadequate when people who have no more in the way of skills/money than you get off their backsides and make a difference. I assuage my rich middle-class guilt with donations to whichever charidee happens to catch my attention when I'm drunk and vulnerable!Comment

To be honest I wasn't a fan of the guy, the media used him as a story as did many celebs. Fair play to him for trying to do something positive but prefer not have had to read it every day. I would prefer to do it in private with my close relatives friends.Comment
