Appalling. PM's who don't create or know how to create a project plan. Lot's of blame shifting. Also will book you for work and agree hours, then turn around later and ask you to reduce your hours booked. Lots of confused long rambling meetings with no point or objective. Mad technical discussions were the tech bobs will want to do crazy things and you will be ignored if you say otherwise.
I feel your pain.
