Alexei, the designers of XSL have saved lots of time for programmers around the world. It just does not suit your situation... or perhaps personality...

I would not criticise my microwave for not being able to wash my jeans.... everything is tailored to a specific task, and, as I have said before, it is OUR job to determine the best set of technologies to fulfill requirements.... that is our market value.

Look at posts in newsgroups asking primitive things like how to update "variable" or how to break out of the loop: look at the "answers" which are basically you can't do that: Turing is turning in his grave right now.

You mean posts by people who did not understad XSL(T)...? It is well documented...

'variables' should, I admit be renamed... perhaps 'definitions'.....

Will SKA build a website that encompasses SKA for me..? No..? Then, it is crap, and the designers should have bult that functionality in.

The more you post the more I am sure you know very little about what you are doing.

You are the typical self-taught programmer. You think you have figured it all out for yourself and that you know it all.

Every time you post about tech stuff, you expose a vast gap in your knowledge.

You've come right out the other side of the forest of irony and ended up in the desert of wrong.

I am sure even Threaded would have more of a clue about XSL transformations than you.

You just dont grok it do you?

Ok, I hereby purchase for the sum of £1, a vintage Rolls Royce Corniche, less than 1k miles on the clock, in white, to be delivered within 6 weeks, as created by SKA, with full history supplied by the DVLA, and an MOT certificate.

If you refuse, or fail to deliver, it shows that SKA is crap, and badly designed.

And you will be sued for false advertising..
