Don't underestimate the fun of watching the auction price on ebay!

We've only sold big items on eBay and it was strictly cash and collection only. Saves having to deal with all the piss takers who want a courier service but won't pay for it etc.

You could still put an ad in your local classifieds though, such things are still around.

The one problem with eBay is you can't list it on other sites as well, you're breaking their T&Cs if you terminate the auction because you sold it through another channel.

        Definitely gumtree.

Dude. Settle down. It was a perfectly reasonable question.

I'm actually about to shift a load more stuff on ebay, got a bit behind but I have a few reasonably high value photographic and musical items to shift plus I may as well get rid of at least two of my three bikes seeing as I no longer ride them. Shame to see them go as one of them is the Reynolds steel frame I used to ride around on in my student days.
While you're waiting, read the free novel we sent you. It's a Spanish story about a guy named 'Manual.'

I feel the same about my bikes

I dislike Ebay, because they gave me a lifetime ban, the bastards.

So now I have to use a "stealth" ebay account (false name, address etc).

Why don't you take your old tat down to the local charity shop, and let them sell it, instead of trying to Ebay it. You won't make any money, but is is a lot less hassle than ebay, and you get the sense that you are contributing to good causes.

How did you get a life time ban, and can you forward the reason onto Admin here!

Or even bumping up your bid with another account and panicking when you are still the highest bidder with an hour to go like was yesterday
