    If the user is that much of an idiot, to call him/herself out then I'd do nothing. Offer your rope vending services.

    Of course keep a note of this in your daily log in case you need to refer back.

    AlreadyPacked: We tested the system with the data supplied. It didn't work. The users have suggested sending newer data, so then we will try again.
