As a big fan of the Ender's Game series, I'm really dreading watching the film. Not so much for fear they've changed the story (though the trailer suggests they have) but that it'll be polished American actors playing composed, cool late teens. It's easy to forget just how young and small these kids are supposed to be.

I saw film first, then read book - film is ok, good in fact - main issue is that Harrison Ford was wrong person to be used. Underated movie it was, the boy who played main character did really well.'CUK forum personality of 2011 - Winner - Yes really!!!!Comment

I watched Gravity too. I'm sure it was impressive in the cinema, but apart from that the story is entirely linear and shallow. Wouldn't bother if you've not already seen it.
What about TV series? House of Cards is awesome so far (7 episodes in). Kevin Spacey is great.Comment
