Maybe because he was in a minority. I have just had to go through the inclusiveness training at the bank where I work and I am assured that those in a minority do suffer.

I am also assured that I should include the opinion of everyone. Even the thickos who don't know what they are talking about. i.e. you.

Oh wise one - tell us what to think.
The difference is I'm fully aware of my privileges in life, some of which I have earned but most of which (like the accident of birth into a solid family in a rich country) I haven't

Do you mean 'i.e.' or 'e.g.'?

          .
Well seeing as cretins seem to be a majority on CUK, you won't need to worry about any unnecessary suffering.

I don't know - are you standing up against it? Are you even aware of all such practices which should be stood against? If not it makes sense to have an organisation who are.

Qatar and Saudia Arabia aren't the same country though, if we must nit-pick. Dubai and Qatar do have special dispensations for foreigners; KSA is far stricter in their orthodoxy.

Of course they're not. The point is that some Muslim countries make legal concessions to non-Muslims.

So Qatar can be our role model then. If you want to butcher your children, you need to apply for a license and go to a special venue behind an unmarked door.

I'm not sure if you're deliberately missing the point. If not, please seek clarification.

Socialism is inseparably interwoven with totalitarianism and the abject worship of the state.

No Socialist Government conducting the entire life and industry of the country could afford to allow free, sharp, or violently-worded expressions of public discontent.
