Sometimes, depending upon the angle. I don't have cellulite yet and my legs aren't particularly hairy although a pair of stockings can hide that. I think it also depends on the type of skirt and shoes, a tartan one with little white push-ups is possibly not quite right (unless you work with older men) but a pleated black one with black high heels can look quite fetching and smart with it (white blouse is compulsory)
