EU law may force RBS and Lloyds to become English

It was a bleedin' liberty that Lloyds moved its registration to Scotland when it rescued HBOS and suddenly became a Scottish bank. We seemed to be rewarding them for failure - 'here, you've broken your two banks so have one of ours to break as well'.

They should be moving Lloyds back to England too.

I am sure they will do if a Yes vote, like Standard Life probably will do, RBS, and a lot of the FS orgs that will put it down as a political risk.
