According to Private-Eye, it costs about £150K to fully equip a car bomb. (With explosives, not velour trim and satnav). Everytime you hear of a car bombing in Baghdad or suchlike, think of who supplied the money; Saudi Arabia and Iran are the usual suspects.
Down with racism. Long live miscegenation!

Iran are chums with the Iraqi government and it is in their interest to have a stable Iraq - Syria and Iraq both destabilising would have serious repercussions for Iran. Currently the power struggle is between the Saudi/Bahrain/Qatar/UAE axis vs Iraq/Iran/Syria/Lebanon axis.

Also it is Saudi and their inhumane wahabi sect which supports the killing of civilians on ideological/religious grounds + Iran does not have the vast lorrys of cash that Saudi has.

Also you say £150k - that's just the cost of the bomb right? What about the money they use to bribe the families/tribes etc. The training, intelligence etc. etc.
