Personally, I always take the best rate I can squeeze out for the gig. Most gigs the rate is almost unimportant. They want the right person.

First, we kill all the QCs...
Funny how they get all shy about how their scheme worked. They all know they are bent.

I took HMRC advice. And relied on advisors. All the contractors I knew were doing it. It was like HMRC had approved it!

Of course, it took retrospection to defeat it. So it did work.

The only crime the people in the "safe space" made was being poor.

Can we not attack the common enemy here?

Honest contractors and bent contractors do not have a common enemy. You clearly belong to the latter group as demonstrated by your reluctance to describe your 'honest' scheme.

I suppose that in your line of work that is correct. Standard body shop twunts. Disguised employees.

The sort of gigs I do the right person is needed.

Of course, it is you standard body shop types who are bent and give us specialist honest types a bad name.

I don't really like throwing anyone under the bus. In your case, I will make an exception. And Churchill will be driving the bus......

Nothing to add to the discussion then? Shout all you like, but you are crooked and we all know it.

What discussion? You do nothing to contribute to discussion on CUK. Or anything on CUK come to that.

In your opinion I am crooked. However vast numbers of CUK posters see the HMRC situation very differently.

Nw I must go and throw you a bone in the B*****t forum.....

The HMRC situation does not define whether or not your actions in the first place were bent. However if I have misjudged you, please do hold your head up high and explain how the scheme worked.

I did reply to that earlier.
