If two members spend a lot of time in the professional forums slagging each other off, one reporting the other, then they'll be asked to either pack it in, or put the person they find so offensive on their ignore list. If they don't do this, then they'll start walking up the infraction ladder, hand in hand.

I'm not going to spend time deciding who was in the right in any particular instance. Not after they've specifically been asked to pack it in at least three times.

You are setting a dangerous precedent justifying why you banned someone, people might expect this openness at all times!
