The Jews have got their Holy Land, it is called the USA, if they weren't so reliant on having Israel a stabilising ally in the Middle East something may finally be achieved in the Middle East. -

For somebody who studies religions they will see the religion for what it is worth and not through the lens of bias. IMO it is a phenomenal religion, not just a great one.Originally posted by SpontaneousOrder View PostWhat?!!!! What on earth is a 'great religion'?Comment

Like what? Before they get any where they need to learn tolerance. Although Israel has no right to steal Palestinian land it is still an affluent western democracy that shows up the many failings of the governments of the Middle east.Originally posted by RedSauce View PostThe Jews have got their Holy Land, it is called the USA, if they weren't so reliant on having Israel a stabilising ally in the Middle East something may finally be achieved in the Middle East.Let us not forget EU open doors immigration benefits IT contractors more than anyoneComment

What a foolish statement that is. Might as well come straight out of the mouth of Netanyahu himself.
The two are not mutually exclusive. There is a reason the west has fought to keep puppet dictators in the middle eastern countries - one of them being for Israel's benefit. This is such a reality it is almost laughable. When the Egyptians fought for democracy with their own blood, it's the Egyptian Army (AKA extension of US army) which takes charge. Saudi Arabia is now best mates with Israel (for those who can see past the apparent hatred). Qatar is pretty much the same as well, as is the UAE. So those countries are the ones with the dictatorships and yet Israel has least of a problem with them.
Allow the region to turn into affluent democracy and see what happens to Israel.Comment

I agree with your other sentiments, roughly speaking. But there is no such thing as a good religion. All religion is collectivist bulltulip.Originally posted by NorthWestPerm2Contr View PostFor somebody who studies religions they will see the religion for what it is worth and not through the lens of bias.
