Just tell her you've remortgaged the house to the max and cashed in you life insurance policy... vouila
slap and tickle is back on the menu.
Science isn't about why, it's about why not. You ask: why is so much of our science dangerous? I say: why not marry safe science if you love it so much. In fact, why not invent a special safety door that won't hit you in the butt on the way out, because you are fired. - Cave Johnson -

Not unless it's a joint mortgage. My declarations for paying off our mortgage early were met with further proof of no sex after marriage, a reminder of the divorce laws and a quick checkup call to the local solicitors...Originally posted by gingerjediJust tell her you've remortgaged the house to the max and cashed in you life insurance policy... vouila

Lets suppose marriage was officially done in France and prenup agreement was signed there too, now it would definately be legal in France however, what if couple moves to live in the UK after that - would divorce be handled under local residence laws?Comment

Generally it depends on the regimes. Obviously the divorce itself will be handled in the local country. That may look at the entire set of assets or just those locally. The same would often apply in countrys where assets are located.Originally posted by AtWWould divorce be handled under local residence laws?Comment
