He had his back to the doors, I was standing side on to him, with my right side facing him. He was very tall indeed.Practically perfect in every way....there's a time and (more importantly) a place for malarkey.

Aah, both were standing. Making sense now. If you were as tall as him he would be resting the paper on your Boobs, I guess ?
In any case, I am guessing, he was so engrossed on reading the "romance on the tube" section that he didnt realise he was trespassing.Vote Corbyn ! Save this country !Comment

So I bonanzered him in the naafi at half time. should have seen the f@ggot run
later that afternoon, I had to beat a hasty from the classroom when my boot laces mysteriously caught fire

In fairness though, he was only reading the paper on your head, not filling in the crossword.Work in the public sector? Read the IR35 FAQ hereComment

Seems reasonable to me, even good manners, that short people should help out us taller types by giving us somewhere to rest things, especially when forced to stand in close quarters.
Plus he was making more efficient use of the limited space available, and that improves over-crowding as well as saving money.
So I applaud him.
Will work inside IR35. Or for food.Comment
