You have to bear in mind that the alternatives have all been a lot worse, and everything is done with local anaesthetic, loads of painkillers etc so none of it really hurt. So I'd not say I was that tough, it's more a case of its amazing what you'll go through when you really have to.

Well I had my second round of chemo yesterday and all being well i'll be back in my own home this evening.

It's quite emotional saying goodbye to people who have spent the last few weeks saving your life.
