An elderly family friend was burgled just before Christmas last year. I sent a hamper to cheer her up a bit.
I got a phone call thanking me, along with "What do I do with the Bombay mix? Do I use it in a curry?"

I'm no royalist, but considering the alternative of an El Presidente that would be totally unaccountable B'liar type, quite frankly I'd rather stick with what we have.
Sure they're over privileged, but the royals bring in a not inconsiderable amount of revenue in tourism.
Quite frankly Her Madge and descendants are a lot less obnoxious than any of the politician tossers that could wind up in any Head of State elected office.Comment
