Got any lavender oil around the house?

Sprinkle on a hanky / pillow where you can breathe the scent, acts as a natural painkiller and induces sleep - great for bouts of insomnia.

thanks OG, doesn't work for me - hence the Co-Codamol.

I am on methotrexate, steroids and high dose co-codamol and high dose delayed release ibuprofen, so the usual meds (presription or otherwise, either react with these, or haven't worked in the past). Hence, the search for natural.
Appreciate you taking the time for suggesting though

( and have been a good girl since your previous post and avoided telly! even went out for an hour or so today before feeling dog rough!)

Methotrexate and steroids for me. And ivig. Along with a bunch of other stuff. Though came off cold turkey a couple of months back. No side effects, just symptoms again.

Anyway, ime, I have generally found that anything I need is fine when I check it with my docs. Caution is needed rather than contra indicated.
