    What are IR35 benefits?

I've just had an email which stated....

"It will be pay rolled by us and consequently IR35 benefits will apply."

Surely there are no IR35 benefits for a contractor.

Rule Number 1 - Assuming that you have a valid contract in place always try to get your poo onto your timesheet, provided that the timesheet is valid for your current contract and covers the period of time that you are billing for.

    I preferred version 1!

tut tut. The benefits are obvious. More tax is taken and "invested" in public sector, which is great.

Answer - "Oh, thanks, you must mean you're giving me holiday pay, sick pay, pension, employment protect, maternity/paternity leave and bank holidays. Where do I sign"

            Or perhaps not...
