AFAIK, the St. Pauli market is only on Wednesdays and at night times although they may have a Weihnachtsmarkt at the moment. BTW, this is what the Fischmarkt looked like 2 days ago:

They did last year with a live music stage plus the usual evening St Pauli erm... attractions.

Cheers. Looks like it might be a no go then. Had just convinced daughter that we were doing a 6am start! The place I'm looking at on the map is on Grosse Elbstrasse - is that the one? Someone also suggested the Elbtunnel?

Also when in Hamburg don't forget to have the local speciality, Labskaus, also known to Scousers (probably where the term actually comes from...)

Brexit is having a wee in the middle of the room at a house party because nobody is talking to you, and then complaining about the smell.

Ooooh, spent a sunday morning there, after some fish shopping, only to go in there where there was a full on party, pissed up people, Dire Straits cover band and beer still being served....

            Bloody great!

AFAIK it came from the welsh peasant dish lobsgows but i could be wrong. Btw, that german stuff isn't very visually appealing...

                Probably from lobscouse: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Scouse_(food)

Reception says it's open, so that's the plan for tomorrow morning, although after a good night's sleep! Cocktails next on today's agenda.

Get some of the Ice Cream that looks like Italian Food! Amazing! They have it everywhere - we had it at the shopping centre at Poppenbüttel or wherever it was....

So what German word sounds like "coats?" And would cause the waitress to shake her head and say no in a solemn voice?
