The real fun is going to be when they start to try and unpick the dependancies on systems and services hosted in England. Welfare and Benefits information will have to be extracted from the DWP and the services replicated for a start, Revenue and Customs will be the same and it's all going to need hooking together with a new national network, and thats just the obvious stuff. The governance and assurance processes alone are going to take years to iron out.

Still, where there's muck, there's brass

They're going to abolish bedroom tax, there'll be no rise in income tax and they're going to hand out lots of freebies.

Am I the only one that spots a gap in this business case?

BBC News - Oil prices fall after Iran agrees nuclear deal

Plus, Brazil's just found a load of oil off the coast and Venezuela shows signs of turning back from the lunacy of the last decade.

Have they addressed the loss of the military ship-building industry anywhere yet?

Can you imagine the riots if there was export duty on Buckie
Socialism is inseparably interwoven with totalitarianism and the abject worship of the state.

No Socialist Government conducting the entire life and industry of the country could afford to allow free, sharp, or violently-worded expressions of public discontent.

Has Mr Salmond said what he's going to do if the referendum doesn't go his way?

Isn't it rather important for Scottish voters to know how their First Minister will act if Scotland remains a part of the UK?

Oil may dip now and again but it's long term trend is up, it's a finite resource past its peak, owning it is like owning the last bottle of water in a desert of thirsty billionaires. i.e. a sellers market.
