    Infosys set for $35m fine over Visa naughtiness

    shame the UK authorities dont chase them for their obvious law breaking here the same as their equivalents in the US are

    The authorities aren't really chasing them. They are responding to a lawsuit filed by a single person and this is the result of the investigation.

      Do they have the equivilent of a friends of India group in the US, and do they have NASSCOM (The Indian lobbying/trade association representing Infosys, TCS etc) sitting in on their research on skilled migration and productivity ?

        Where I am contracting at the moment it's 50% Bobs from Wipro. I think they outnumber perm staff. Work permits/visas are not problem, ask Dave.
