You can have gluten free spaghetti and it's expensive - though it does have a taste disadvantage.
It is rank (although my coeliac five year old doesn't notice). There was some acceptable GF pasta in Italy, where they have a high incidence of coeliac disease and a low tolerance of bad pasta. I have now mastered the art of a GF lasagne.
