Have you completed the Eek patented been in an accident that is not your fault checklist?

    1) do you have whiplash (any pain in your body anywhere)
    2) driving anxiety or anxiety of any sort for any reason (see our note at the bottom).
    3) lost earnings (I know your a contractor but being 5 minutes late counts).

If so phone their insurance and claim your £10k jackpot today.

Please note a commission of £9,000 is required regardless of whether you follow this advice or not. Our invoice is in the post....

The other guy's insurance company has been in touch offering to take care of the repairs. If they do it they won't be disclosing the repair cost to my insurer. Should I have my or their insurer take care of the scratch - any difference?

I know that when it comes to renewal I will have to declare a non-fault accident and a claim amount, which must be greater than zero, and the amount does affect the next year's premium.
