He really is a knob of the highest order: David Cameron: blame education not migration for factories' foreign labour | Politics | theguardian.com
So its basically the schools fault for this yet who put the schools in this position, not the parents, not the pupils, just possibly, even probably likely, it was the government (doesn't matter which one) and what do they do about it? Come up with high falutin ideas such as academies where teachers don't actually have to be qualified to teach, very ******* clever, not!
