Have in the past. Were pretty good (and price was OK, fixed I think to a couple of years in the future).

They sorted all my crap maths out. A couple of mistakes I picked up but put right when pointed out. I'm VERY bad at numbers though so I only picked up on huge errors. Not particularly proactive in that they don't look to see where you could save but if you have a question they were very good on the phone/email with response times and always had an answer.

Off-topic, but I've seen a bike recently with "Shimano" written on it, was it yours?
