Hmmm... Like I said, not great music, but "at that time" he was up there. If you want virtuoso, Moon takes some beating (and, let's not forget, he did backing drums as well as anyone), if you want rhythm complexities try the guy behind Carlos Santana, if you want musicality any of the "technique over substance" guys from Buddy Rich onwards (yawn) , if you want noise, go look up the Swiss Army Secret Drum Corps.Originally posted by minestrone View PostGinger Baker is terribly overrated, technique, sound, style, pretty much on everything.
