Just being generally and humourlessly offensive for no really good reason. He was banned by Cojak for the same reason a few months ago. And that's the reason why Ketchup was perm-banned. And we can see that CM is a shining example of post permaban rehabilitation. But for those who are clearly recidivist, it seems peculiar not to just get rid of them again permanently at an early stage. Or do they just come back stronger anyway?
