Ketchup became Red Sauce. Whether coolcat is a sockie or not I couldn't care.

Whether he is a clueless, racist I leave for others to decide.

      Do let me know?
I've thought about it yes. Trouble is all the no doubt valid points you've made need quantifying and the assertions backed up.

Perhaps we should put a template together and then we could all write to our MPs.

I've written to my MP twice and he was hopeless on both issues.

One was on live animal exports - he replied saying that the Govt's hands were tied by EU law (how convenient) and the other was on a proposed wind farm. Well, he's
Lib Dem and we all know where they stand on that one.

Edit: re the wind issue - he wrote back and said that in the light of AGW , all communities had a duty to make a contribution to renewables. I wrote back and told him that, in that case, I wanted to see a 100 metre turbine in the middle of Hampstead Heath.

Actually I am not racist. And throwing the racism accusation around to anyone who wants to talk about immigration is a tactic the left have been using for years to stiffle debate.

And (note the new paragraph?) one of the things I hate about the imported Indian workforces is their racism, both caste on caste, and against white Brits. It is precisely because we are importing an intolerant workforce in such quantity that we need to be careful.

Indeed you are right. And throwing the 'left' accusation around to anyone who stresses the positives of immigration or proposes more migration freedom worldwide is a tactic some have been using for years to stifle debate.

            Started with 'And'. Yes.

PS. I'm not sure there is such a word as 'stiffle'.
Practically perfect in every way....there's a time and (more importantly) a place for malarkey.

My solution to this and the EU issue is simple. Vote UKIP.
Good one, a UKIP vote really redefines "waste of time".

100 letters to an MP on some subject will make them aware, 1000 will demand some response. 1000 UKIP votes for an MP election will accomplish precisely nothing.

In the BN66 thread we see some MPs are useless, but many others have agreed to F2F meetings and lent support on an issue they weren't aware of or had only heard one side of the story.

Yes, my old MP Tessa Munt was very good as well. Now have to chase up the new one.

Hmm 1 spelling and 1 grammatical error before I start looking in detail.

The thing is that making broad assumptions is racist. Calling Indians intolerant is racist as its a stereotype I just don't see and I deal with many on a daily basis.
