Does UK law have an equivalent of entrapment? It seems to me that approaching a man or women tempting them with illicit excitement might fall into that category. Even if they are evil sick bastards that need removing from the gene pool in as brutal manner as possible.
The flip side to the knee jerk hate coin is despite the evil ones that are uncovered how many more are there out there that know they have a problem and are not happy with the triggers they have and want treatment without the baying mob?
There are so many minefields you can open up with this its way beyond self appointed judge dreads doing the needful. Whats next after we have found all the men or women that would openly prey on younger children? Uncovering men/women that fancy extra marital sex or have secret gay feelings while in straight relationships?
The way the herd can protect children is by making it unacceptable for kids as young as 10 to be playing on the internet unattended... Facebook needs a ******* good kicking as well as I know that 60% of my daughters class mates have accounts despite the supposed age restrictions.
I had to explain snapchat to the parents of one of my daughters friends the other week. It hadn't occurred to them why their 12 year old daughter might want to take images that only last a few seconds... They were horrified when I demonstrated that you could actually just take a second camera and snap the picture from the receiving phone without the knowledge of the sender. Let alone just screen grabbing the picture.
