Paris Hilton has been dragging out her “Good Time” single release for a painfully long time — most likely because the charitable heiress is allowing Lady Gaga and Katy Perry to have their brief, fleeting moment on the charts before she rolls in like an amazon warrior on a flaming chariot and annihilates every other pop hag within earshot.

But today brings official news from Paris herself: “Good Time,” the Lil Wayne-featuring track that serves as the first taste of Hilton’s sophomore album, will be released on October 1. To get fans revved up, she even posted a few new shots from the set of the “Good Time” video on Instagram.
