You see you're not eating enough greens, that's what that is. Try eat more broccoli or at least drink some peppermint tea to allow the anti-toxins to fight whatever it is you're feeding your body.

You are what you eat. The next time you lift your arm to put something in your mouth, ask yourself, do I really want that to become part of me?

Ever feel tired through out the day? It's the lack of water, I'm telling you.
Yeah, the first suggestion that we were not drinking enough water was from research sponsored by Nestle(?) who owned Evian. Wow, thousands of years evolution and specialising in intellect but we can't tell when we are thirsty? at a time when drinkable water is more available than ever before in all of Europe (what's the opposite of third world in politically correct speak?)

So if the gf is hungry at night time, it's for the greater good if I offer her some protein

              3 litres a day!?!?!?!? WTF?!?!?

I'd have to carry a spare pair of incontipanties with me!

Drinking when thirsty is too late. You'd be amazed how you can down a litre just zipping the stuff over an hour

I try and avoid large quantities of fatty and highly processed food. I drink at least 3 litres of coffee a day, plenty of protein so fish, ham, beef, prawns and chicken, and noodles and rice and veggies and stuff.
in the evenings I usually have a few beers and a light dinner.
While you're waiting, read the free novel we sent you. It's a Spanish story about a guy named 'Manual.'
