I have cut short notice periods (even though I was going through a different agent) got paid when the direct subbies weren't, CV top of the pile and holding others back etc. Thing is I don't bulltulip, they don't bulltulip back and I have excellent client satisfaction. No interviews required for the last 6 years says it all really.
