My friend is a manager at CAB.
A man once went in asking advice on how he should go about engaging the office of fair trading in a complaint he had against a prostitute with whom he had spent the previous evening. His complaint was that since he had failed to ejaculate, she hadn't fulfiled her part of the agreement.Practically perfect in every way....there's a time and (more importantly) a place for malarkey.
