Even if she is getting LA or will get LA, this specifically limits the number of hours her solicitor will spend on her case.
As I said before, you don't need a solicitor to respond to her or her solicitor's letters.Comment

It’s a bit like buying at 0% interest, you think you got a bargain but it costs more in the end. Would you sign a contract with a restaurant to agree that you would have all your meals their for the rest of your life? No, you eat where you like. If you work out the cost per shag in marriage, you could a dozen girls a night and an orgy and still come out with change.HEALTH WARNING. IT Can Damage your Health. Free Advice. BTC: one more thing: the ex was partly and indirectly involved in me losing my perm job last year. If this all got to court, I would be asking for employer anonymity, because the ex had a hand in derailing my permie career. Do you think the judge would be sympathetic to this?"My God, it's huge!!"Comment

Originally posted by Swamp ThingYes, but would the judge not consider, “Well Mrs Swampy, your involvement was most unfortunate last year. Let’s allow anonymity to Mr Swampy’s employer, so that we don’t jeopardise the maintenance stream”. Basically to prevent the hand that feeds from getting bitten.
It's doesnt work like that !Comment
